Welcome
Pilates is a fitness system focused on controlled movements, guided by six core principles: concentration, control, centering, flow, precision, and breathing. Concentration requires mental focus on each movement for effectiveness. Control involves deliberate execution to build strength and prevent injury. Centering engages core muscles for stability. Flow ensures smooth transitions between movements. Precision stresses accurate execution to maximize benefits. Breathing aids relaxation and oxygenates muscles. Together, these principles promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Classes
Most classes are Pilates-focused and led by Kim Hillard and Julie Sylvester,
offering unique experiences for all skill levels.

Pilates Reformer
Principles of Pilates are applied on a Joseph Pilates-designed apparatus that utilizes springs for resistance, allowing for the execution of various Pilates movements. The studio has 8 Classical refomers with towers.

Pilates Mat
Pilates movements on the mat without the resistance of the springs of the reformer. Varied combinations of movements make this a challenging class that is a unique experience each time. The studio can host 8 mat participants with 8 on the reformers converted to mats.

Barre to the Beat
A dynamic class blending ballet and standing Pilates, featuring energetic movements paired with lively music. 45 minutes of fun! The studio can host 16 participants for Barre to the Beat.

TRX
A full-body fitness workout that utilizes a TRX suspension trainer to perform bodyweight excersises. We focus on building strength, balance, flexibility and core stability by leveraging gravity and your own body weight through varied exercises.
